3 Day Island Hop Coron
When escaping to the Philippines, prepare for some of the most beautiful crystal blue waters you've ever laid eyes on. Theres much to be discovered amongst the 7600 or so islands that make up this archipelago, but one of my absolute favourite locations I had the privilege of visiting was Coron, Palawan.
The first thing you should do when arriving to this little island neighbouring the oh so popular El Nido, is to walk yourself down to the boat launch and personally charter out your own local boat and guide. Most operators will have a set list of places they will take you, but chartering your own private boat will allow greater flexibility and less time restraints, not to mention the opportunity to camp overnight at some of the most incredible and secluded islands you could ever imagine.
